We know that buying online is difficult when choosing colours and designs, so feel confident in your purchase with OHH`s 14 day return policy. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in a new state, unsoiled and with tags attached.

For a change of mind return the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in WA.

Once a return is actioned you will be sent a con note to print and apply to the parcel. It is your responsibility to drop off and lodge at an Australia Post Office. Some larger rugs will require us to book a return via a courier to collect from your home. You will be informed of this if required.

Custom orders that have been designed and made especially for you can NOT be refunded or exchanged.

International customers must be prepared to pay return shipping to our warehouse in Australia for any change of mind returns. And International custom orders can NOT be refunded or exchanged.
